How I can help you

I’ll meet you where you’re at, we’ll get to the root of the issue during your coaching sessions so that you get transformational results.

For over 25 years I've worked as a therapist & teacher, dedicating my life to exploring & sharing wisdom on Taoist arts and sexual wellbeing.

I've studied Passion & Presence, a certification training on mindful & somatic sexuality. It brings a compassionate and transformative approach to working with sexual challenges, which are viewed as an opportunity for growth rather than a personal failing or obstacle.

I've also trained in the Wheel of Consent - at the core of which awakens you to truly listening to & honouring your needs & wants, to express your desires and boundaries in relationships.

As a Senior Taoist Instructor I weave the ancient wisdom of the Tao, layering it through our sessions to help resource your nervous system on the path of change.

I offer you a uniquely compassionate approach that's somatic based, trauma informed and most importantly brings real results.
