Advanced Elixir is a way for you to embody the FSA practices that you've learned and maybe forgotten. We review & repeat & reintegrate.
Plus we go deeper and do practices that you haven't yet done in FSA like exploring cervical orgasm or sexual reflexology. That way you get to evolve in your sexual practice for an expansive sexual awakening plus more regular activation of your Jing to safe guard your hormonal health.Ā
You already know when you do the practice, it works. It's easier & more fun in a community with other heart centred, empowered women.Ā
